I have managed to reverse my methylation age by a couple of years over the last two years. So now my methylation age agrees with my chronological age. I did this mainly through going to a carnivore diet and OMAD. I also lost 60 lbs and got control of my diet by eating real food. I believe horvaths clock is an accurate and relevant test to compare your health and aging rate against the mean. For humans when that number approaches 100 we are done.

Or you could test your Hovaths clock methylation age yearly which makes more sense.

Folks, no actionable information on your health is derived from HRV!

Well, I got a Fitbit a couple years ago which does monitor HRV. What I’ve learned is that alcohol and COVID reliably suppress HRV, for what it’s worth. Actionable in the sense that it does encourage me to moderate my bourbon consumption. I live in dread fear of atrial fibrillation, having performed IA stroke interventions in a previous life and figure that improving HRV might magically prevent development of AF.

But, you are correct . No real actionable information, but entertaining.
